Terms of use
By using tezsat you agree to the terms below.
1. Your account
You must provide a working phone number or email address to create an account, and you are responsible for the activity that happens under it.
2. Listings
Listings must describe the item accurately, use genuine photographs and comply with Azerbaijani law. Prohibited or counterfeit goods are removed without notice.
3. Transactions
tezsat introduces buyers and sellers but is not a party to the transaction. Payment, delivery and any warranty are agreed between the two sides.
4. Auctions
A bid is binding. Backing out of a winning bid after an auction closes can lead to restrictions on your account.
5. Content
The text and images you upload remain yours; you grant us permission to display them on tezsat. You can delete your listing at any time.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced in the app and on the site.
